In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 73bd bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

73bd is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer and multiplayer formats.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 73bd staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

73bd employs automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns, collusion, and other forms of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 73bd reserves the right to withhold payouts, suspend accounts, and refer the matter to relevant authorities pending investigation. All decisions made by 73bd in connection with detected prohibited conduct are final.

All content on the 73bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and the 73bd brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of 73bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 73bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, or distributing any content from the 73bd platform without prior written consent.
• Using the 73bd name, logo, or any associated brand assets for any commercial purpose, including affiliation schemes not expressly authorised by 73bd.
• Creating derivative works based on any element of the 73bd platform.

73bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• The player's account is implicated in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• 73bd is required to close the account by law, court order, or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure initiated by 73bd for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 73bd's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.

Upon voluntary closure by the player, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification checks.

73bd will retain player data following account closure for the period required by applicable law and internal compliance policies. Retained data is handled in accordance with the 73bd Privacy Policy.
